Decision being made by those responsible for scheduling and budget


From that perspective, boxing yourself into 10 "P5" games per year will be stressful. From VT's perspective, ECU is not a P5 so there will be financial penalty there to back out of it in favor of some P5 that may not be better in a given year but meets the requirement. I understand both sides but found it interesting the ACC is potentially telling ESPN to pound sand.
