If there is no ACC Network, then ESPN owes the ACC a certain


amount of money for each year there is no ACCN in place. It sounds like ESPN is/was trying to amend the original contract. If that is the case, then technically the ACC doesn't have to accept all of ESPN's proposed amendments. The ACC can accept the amendments (i.e. extension of the GoR) it wants, reject the ones it doesn't want, and continue using any terms and conditions in the original contract that wasn't modified.
