I believe in years when the SEC is the home team, then CBS

has first rights on which of those rivalry games it wants to televise. So in that sense ESPN hasn't really lost anything since it never had it to begin with. Now I may be misspeaking on how CBS and ESPN decide on which network gets to televise which ACC-SEC rivalry game, but I am pretty sure there is some sort of agreement in place between the 2 networks to determine a pecking order.
