Agree one should pass - not sure about 8:2 vs 9

It would be nice to also address the infrequency of playing cross division opponents. I'd be good with 8:2, if doing away with the one fixed cross division opponent was on the table to allow more frequent rotating matchups; otherwise going to 9 would help.
On a side note: anything which might incentivize buying out of the next decade of ECU games would thrill me.
