That I am not sure of.


I always assumed it was because of travel expenses to bowl games, tourneys, etc that the B12 paid and was reimbursing itself for, but it may be at the school level.

I don't believe that the B12 takes a full cut of the profits returned like the ACC offices do. Its really just a different accounting method that results in the same outcome.

Which is why I think it is much adieu about nothing. The fact is there are three conferences chasing two in the money game. Who makes a few bucks more amongst the three chasing is really pretty irrelevant, because the dollar differences save UT are really minimal when you consider the amount of money we are talking about. The percentage difference among those three is even smaller when compared to the difference between those three and the two running away from us right now in the SEC and B1G.

Comparing the B12 and ACC money difference is a loser's game. We should be focusing on the B1G and SEC and closing that gap.
