This is a pretty good answer, a decent statistical sample

of a bunch of beer league guys - guys who played a little, college etc. - and basically guys who have stayed in shape/not trivial skill etc.

The answer is roughly the 1% of regular guys out there. (OK, technically the 3%)

But this is a good enough analysis.

4:58 I should say far less b/c those guys are probably self-selected athletes of some sort so would tend to be better than the average population... but again, the question can be answered, that it is a fairly rare person that could jack a baseball out of the field even on perfect days.
