I think it would still depend on a couple of things


1. The ballpark and whether it favors the pitcher or batter
2. The batter's hitting style and whether the batter is left-handed or right-handed
3. Wind direction and speed

If the batter has the "ideal conditions," then I think it could be done in 50 swings. However, if at least 1 thing works against the batter, then it will probably take at least 100 swings (assuming fatigue is not a factor). The more factors working against the batter, then the more swings he will need regardless if he is aiming for a particular part of the fence or just free swinging.
