I get that. Same happens in Atlanta. I frequented the PSU bar down there.


NYC has a ton of people, but it's pretty dang clear they are not the income drivers in college sports. There's SOME money to be made there in college athletics, but college football is the premier sport in a number of entire states. That will never be the case in NYC. There's also a ton of other things to do for entertainment in NYC. I used to live in Cali and the same thing happened there

I'm not gonna look it up, but folks in the growing southern states spend a ton more dough on college sports than folks in the northeast.
