Here's a thought to consider. Maybe it's electrical....


based on my observations below, and it isn't the sensor or sender, but the WIRE between the sensor and the computer. once wire gets hotter, any crack or short goes away??? Any EE advice?

Ironically, the sensor is about $10, and the wire pigtail is more like $25.

Or maybe it's the computer.

Thoughts?
