By the way, thanks to all for input. I'm not trying to argue against any

idea posted, but just trying to explain why I might disagree based on what I'm seeing.

I've been brainstorming with a couple of guys for a week, and every time we think of a solution, we can usually think of a reason why it probably isn't the solution. (i.e. temp resetting to normal after turning off then on suggests it really isn't that hot, or gauge would stay red)
