I think that the ACC essentially has to enter into a joint venture

with a media company (let's call them Comcast/NBCU) to acquire the content and distribute it via their currently existing channels with an announcement of a new conference network. The ACC will not have enough cash to do this on their own.

I actually think that the joint venture, media company can actually throw Raycom a bone and make them the production center for the new network in exchange for their content that they own.
