Everybody has a price. If you were experiencing layoffs and your parent


company was beginning to get up your shorts, would you really be excited about paying a $45 million per year ransom to a league for not establishing a network?

To me, that is the negotiating leverage that the ACC can use.

My deal still provides ESPN with premium content and will only require them to sell content that they don't broadcast today.
