Not Stech but I do have an opinion


I think that the key to a conference network for the ACC is to bring in Texas as a full member and add ND for football. That takes the ACC from an East Coast property to a national property. At that point, selling the network takes care of itself.

The SEC is a national property thanks to college football. The ACC does not have that type of quality right now on fall Saturdays. The addition of a full ND and Texas makes fall Saturdays complete along with great basketball and then you have yourself a plan.
