I will be completely shocked if it's not Charlotte. However, like Old Line said, Orlando is out there too. That's possible, but not probable, most think it's proposed to make it look like they looked outside of North Carolina, but not many actually believe they had any intention of moving it outside of North Carolina. Do expect to hear the other sites were closer than most people think to getting it, yeah right.

The good thing though is, if the world ended tomorrow, the ACC would be good for at least 25 years, because they live that far behind the rest of us. :-)
