Makes sense. If individual states have their own laws


if money and players drift to those states with the most favorable laws, then there will be a major imbalance on the field. Under the interstate commerce clause, I think Congress has the power to do it.

But is it more wise to have Congress/the feds do it, or for the member schools to create their own organization (like a FIFA type organization)?

I'm not sure.
