Bipartisan Bill in Congress Seeks Overhaul of NCAA Infractions Process

I know many of you won’t like this for various reasons, but like it or not, the Hill is in and like the Supreme Court, it’s both sides of the aisle.

This is why, even though Charlotte is likely a done deal (like Will said, if David Teel says it’s likely happening, it’s likely happening), I still think for the ACC to survive, they need to camp out on the Hill. Having an office there, does matter. I realize though, I am literally and figuratively in the minority here.
