From a practicality standpoint I’m wondering

If perhaps small changes could be made to mitigate how obvious the issue is. I’m not a coach, but that might be the best way to go if possible.

Also, and this might sound dumb, could she put a toe guard or something on her cleats to make it look less obvious? Perhaps a slightly bigger cleat?
