It was called when FSU batters either flew out or struck out.


It was ridiculously selective and only called after the umpire was sure that the batter was going to be out. If it was called on the first few pitches the coach would have removed her from the game with no harm done. Instead it was enforced selectively by an umpire to give an unfair advantage and change the outcome of a game.
