Just wondering


If you noticed both Green and the NC State pitcher both went over 100 pitches tonight, and I think Green would have gone another inning if not for that 10 run outburst. Also, noticed UVA and Miami starters threw 102 and 99 pitches. I think as the weather gets better, and games are more important you’ll see this or more as the norm. I’ll be shocked if Green doesn’t throw 120-125 in a game if the situation warrants.
