You did the right thing going over there


Just staying in touch regularly is important. Letting somebody know that you care about them and would miss them if they were gone, that is huge. All the suggestions below are good too. Get yourself some help on how to help.

Suicide hotlines are overwhelmed right now, which is sad but understandable. They are mostly staffed by volunteers.
