I'm not bailing on the program or calling for anyone to be fired.


But you have to be a simpleton not to understand that people don't have hope that next year will be better. When people can't see a brighter future, they tend to drop out. So after four seasons people will be staring four consecutive sub 20 win seasons with one pandemic enhanced NCAA tournament bid. That's not a real good track record.
