I have not tracked in directly in a while. I try to eat only whole food...


plant-based diet, so I don't add oil to food when I cook at home. It is nearly impossible to follow that to the strictest level if you go to restaurants, which generally use a lot of fat and salt.

If you are interested, you may want to check out Mastering Diabetes (https://www.masteringdiabetes.org/) - I have found it to be really helpful to me helping me lower my A1C to 6.0 and below.
