Anecdotal N=1 pandemic experience here. For what it's worth.

Started the following daily supplement protocol in Summer 2020 after the lockdowns mostly ended:
Zinc
Quercetin
Curcumin
Vitamin D
Vitamin C (fat soluble form)
Fish Oil

March 2021 received J&J vaccine
November 2021 received Phizer booster

Diet (for those who might ask) is mostly animal based. Meat, eggs, seafood with some small amounts of fruits (apples and avocados) and fibrous vegetables. (keeping weight in check and blood glucose levels normal). Cholesterol numbers are fine. Blood pressure is fine. Had a heart scan recently that showed the best possible score for no calcium buildup.

I wear a mask in public places like stores and wherever required. I also perform resistance training and conditioning work 4 times per week. My age is 53.

Conclusion
I have now had 11 direct prolonged indoor exposures to people who have later tested positive for Covid-19 and subsequently tested/retested myself afterward. Keep in mind these are the 11 exposures that I know of. The most recent exposure was last week. I have never and still have not tested positive for Covid-19. Never experienced any symptoms. The last time I remember even feeling sick was the fall of 2018. 🤷🏻‍♂️
