I wonder how many people follow up with the vitamin regiment?
All of these are what I consider smart decisions to reduce your vulnerability to COVID. My biggest difference since COVID hit is to eat a lot of oranges, which probably helped me add poundage since the lockdown started. I thought it was a decent trade off to get the best possible vitamin C.
When I get serious about dropping these extra pounds, I'll stop eating oranges and rely solely on vitamin C tabs. I occasionally consume bananas, so those need to go too.
