Now JMU is encouraging everyone to be tested before they go home

Hey mom, I'm home and I'm covid positive!

Its a no win situation. Neither JMU or Harrisonburg can handle it if several thousand students test positive. But sending sick people home is my understanding of how the Spanish Flu mushroomed into the giant pandemic it became. Will that be what's happening here?

My son is a junior living off-campus. He found out on Monday that two of his roommates tested positive. My son is awaiting test results right now.
