Supplies..paying way over market price. A small percentage of supplies are received from fema. They are still way short. In crisis like these fema always coordinates everything. There is no coordination and the stockpile is inadequate. Masks and protective gear I am sure have a very long shelf life. No excuse for not having an adequate stockpile of these.

Like I say fema has failed the american people for many years.
