If it is a supply problem


And we dont know if this is the case because the only people i have heard say this are government people. If it is the case FEMA has failed. They should have been prepared. Of course FEMA has failed us for decades. The cdc has talked about pandemics for decades. And they have failed miserably in this too. Why have they failed? We will know months and years down the road
