Definitely consult a lawyer. As I understand the laws regarding

allowing access, it can establish the right of access to the property behind you for your neighbor and you lose full ownership and control of that portion of your property forever. I’ve also heard that allowing access for a year establishes the right of access. You might be able to deny access for one day a year and retain all your ownership rights. I may be wrong but it’s definitely worth talking with a lawyer.
