I'm loathe to admit it, but


texas might be the only way for the PAC to fix all this. Bringing in someone like Oklahoma would notch wins for the conference, sure (and a good chance at being represented in the Playoffs). But we don't bring the eyeballs that the longhorns do. There's, what, 25-30 million people in the state of texas? And almost all of them are glued to their TVs every Saturday in the Fall. That would bring a heck of an increase in demand for the PAC network. Plus, it would give them more timezones to play with in regards to scheduling kickoffs.

Those compliments to my burnt-orange neighbors to the south being said, I now feel a little nauseous...
