Somebody like Learfield IMG could bid.


They actually might be interested in a deal like what the PAC12 wants. Perhaps they could merge with Raycom to go in on it.

I think there are those out there that would bid for the PAC12, but they would want much more control for that amount, or they would bid much less for only 10%.

It would be ironic since many of the SEC and PAC12 schools had to buy out their contracts with Learfield or IMG to form their network. To let them back in would have irony. Learfield and IMG used to be separate companies. They are now the same company. Raycom is winding down its role in the ACC, so maybe they would be interested. Who knows?
