Perhaps the PAC12 should consider giving them some content.

The PAC12 desperately wants to gain visibility in the Eastern time zone. Partnering with Raycom could get them more of that through the syndication structure that they put together for the ACC.

I don't know what the covenants are for the PAC12 network carriage deals, but if this doesn't violate them, why not?
