GE front-load washer broke within 3 years. Took forever to complete a cycle.
LG top-load cleans much faster. Easier for me as a tall-ish person to get the laundry out. I like the top loader better. Top load washers are supposedly rougher on the clothes than a front-load which I would believe a little bit.
