I think the drainage in those commercial units is different... I think they


are plumbed directly to the waste lines... meaning gravity empties the basin from the lowest point, rather than a pump having to move water from the basin, up to your waste stack. I think this is possible because they are mounted firmly to the building, and don't need the complicated balancing system required of home-front loaders.
