I've heard many a homeowner complain about front loaders

esp. the mold/stank you get in them.

Yet every rating service says they clean better, use less water, and are gentler on your clothes, plus every commercial laundromat uses front-loaders, and they don't have a stank smell.

So what's the difference between a commercial front loader and a residential front loader that the latter has problems?
