The problem with UConn is (perceptually speaking) it has minimal to


no value in football. UConn would be viewed as "just another bball school in a pro market state." If the ACC did decide to add another "bball school," then what carrot could the ACC offer the "football schools" to keep them from grumbling publicly until the GoR expires?
