Out of state student costs are double in state - for vt that would be roughly 20k more for every out of state student- then you use the most high tech training material - new virtual training system all cost six figures - then traveling natonally and pay for best coaches and assistants as well as support staff ( not regulate by NCAA )that organize training regimes nutrition specialized for each sport - it goes fast
