Every NCAA sport that VT has is "Fully Funded", but your other points

are true. Facilities and the best coaches are where the $$ goes.

By "Fully Funded", I mean that VT is giving the max allowable # of scholarships in that sport, for every sport in which we participate. I don't mean that all the scholarship COST to the University is fully covered by donations/endowments, etc.
