The Big XII needs to decide what it wants to be when it grows up first.

Before the Big XII agrees to do anything it needs to determine what direction it prefers. I'm not sure it knows. Some members have ideas, but they are not working in unison.

The ACC has had its factions as well over the years. It's primarily been football vs basketball. I think it helps to see Duke and UNC do well in football and Miami and Florida State do well in basketball. The more we see of this, the closer everyone will be to seeing things with the same objective. I see the ACC more united today than it was 5 years ago. We just need this television network to happen.
