That is the way the legal winds are blowing

The Supreme Court seems poised and waiting for the right case to declare that the "student/athletes" are employees.

I think that you will have the "Big Two" of the SEC and Big Ten (along with some others) go full employee/athlete.

I also think that you will have another group going the non-scholarship or club level route.
