That is where the predictive metrics are your only real tool...


...and parsing out the caliber of teams and then adjusting based on results (including margin) relative to efficiency and expected result.

We have pretty unbelievable resources for doing that these days and most of those would tell you the ACC is the 6th best conference in the country. And those metrics are the friendliest thing to VT out there right now.
