Well, nearly all of those sanctions could be reversed nearly instantly.


But I get what you are saying. So far though, lots of the sanctions are kinda first world luxuries... Ikea Furniture, Nike products, apple products. Movie releases. Travel, that is a little trickier. But really, any of those things can be changed right away. I still think it was weird that last week, Biden said he wouldn't sanction Putin Directly. I would think that is the FIRST person you sanction.

What kind of military and government sanctions could have been used that would have had an immediate effect? Because a lot of them sound like they would take months to actually slow the military machine down.
