Credit card isn’t really going to be an option at 13

I would set up a checking account for her and link it to your user profile (not your accounts). That way she can get her own debit card, you can see activity and easily xfer funds to her as needed.

If your bank can’t do this, plenty can, if you wanna go thru the trouble.
