Any recommendations for debit/credit cards for teens?

Everything is digital now. We find that we are buying things for her on places like amazon and having her pay us back with her "birthday cash". I'd also like to teach her to be responsible with her spending and saving. Many of the most popular ones charge a monthly fee.....which seems insane, especially for a young teen that doesn't even have a job to earn money.
The two that I'm looking at are Step and Jassby. Anyone with experience with this kinda stuff?
