That would be my guess too. I was surprised to hear that MLB gave up


its status in 2007 (I think) and that the NBA has never been tax exempt. I think most people don't have a problem with a non-profit running a for-profit business (think a city owned golf course). However, I do think most have a hard time knowing where that imaginary line should be to determine when a non-profit should be re-classified to a for-profit.
