In all cases, OOC tied to SEC matter more to ACC members than any other
conference right now specifically GT-UGA, FL-FSU and to a lesser degree occasional FL-MIA, Clemson-SC I don't believe there is any school in the Pac 12 Big10 that has another P5 school as a regular Home on Home unless you consider ND vs Stanford or Purdue, but in this new alliance, ND is part of the ACC as far as I am concerned. They either agree to the terms or find life as an independent excluded from play against alliance
As to alliance teams, if all played 9 conference games, 1 OOC game of each teams choosing i.e. FL vs FSU, and then a home and home against 2 alliance members every year
