This list doesn't seem to be rating the hires, real headscratchers there


They have Mike Elko and Joe Moorhead as B- for Duke and Akron? Those are A+ hires for those programs and could easily have gotten hired at a school like UVA.

Jeff Tedford is an A? He literally is just taking his old job back after 2 years of health problems.

Dan Lanning is a B? Maybe if he was coaching at Miss St, but Oregon expects to compete for national championships and the guy only has 3 years of DC experience with infinite amounts of talent at his disposal.

Lashlee is an A for SMU, they're going to be really good with him at the helm.
