His 2019 list is funny. Mike Norvell got an A.

His two C- coaches - Sam Pittman (Arkansas) and Jeff Traylor (UTSA) are both A+ hires at this point.

Kiffin A (he's done very well)
Schiano A (he took over a dumpster fire and made them less of a dumpster fire, so sure)
Norvell A (LOL)
Danny Gonzales (New Mexico) A (they were a dumpster fire before and still are)
Jimmy Lake B (7-6 in his two partial seasons, fired after shoving a player)
Willie Taggart B (Took over a program Lane Kiffin did great with and has run it into the ground)
Eli Drinkwitz B- (Mediocre Missouri team is still mediocre)
Jeff Hafley C+ (Mediocre BC team is still mediocre)
Shawn Clark Appy St C+ (Seems to be doing way better than C+)
Marcus Arroyo UNLV C+ (turned a 4-8 program into one that has 2 wins in 2 years)
Kaelen DeBoer Fresno C+ (Huge turnaround at Fresno and has now been hired away)
Ryan Silverfield Memphis C (Probably right on here. Slightly underperformed his predecessor)
Ricky Rahne ODU C (Hard to argue that Rahne is way better than this. He took a crappy team and took it to a bowl in his one and only season. ODU opted out in 2020.)
Sam Pittman Arkansas C- (After his amazing turnaround, this is an A+ hire)
Jeff Traylor UTSA C- (Could not be more wrong - they finished 12-2)
Steve Addazio D (Dumpster fire is still a dumpster fire)
