My primary purpose was to show that recruiting rankings are not accurate by reviewing the VA top 25 to see which players contributed and who was overrated or underrated. I also thought it would be helpful to identify players outside of the top 25 who were underrated. I never made a judgment on whether a player was "GOOD" or "BAD".

From that year, there were plenty of two to three stars that could build a roster. A team can only sign 25 players in a typical year. The VA top 25 four star players from 2014 and 2015 are less likely to contribute than the three star players on the VA top 25 lists.

There is more than one way to review top 25 lists and your depth chart analysis would be even more tedious than my method of reviewing stats and starts.
