While the NFL may limit on official coaches their support staffs are huge

So we are seeing so many teams with huge support staffs.

I think the only way, is to enter the playoffs, all power 5 conferences get an automatic bid and 2 at large. This actually is like the NFL. Each Division winner gets in and 2 wildcards per conference.

Now want to get crazy, open up the rules on conference organizational structure so the mega conferences get into POD's and wow. Cross rotational national scheduling.
