Thats where this will legally bog down, IMO


Excluding natural immunity is arbitrary. I also suspect more of us have had the infection then we know, which makes sense as its pretty clear a lot of folks symptoms have reported as mild or barely detectable. Ive observed that many are curiously uncurious about the prevalenance of antibodies in the population.
